**Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and service.
Resident Care
- Ensure that all residents receive high-quality, person-centered care that meets their individual needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Address any concerns or complaints from residents and their families promptly and effectively.
Staff Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and optimal care delivery.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage the nursing home's budget, ensuring financial sustainability.

Compliance and Safety
- Ensure the nursing home meets all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.

**Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent healthcare qualification.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or nursing home setting.
