Our client is an established electronics manufacturer seeking an Electronic Design Engineer to work within their design team. Applications are welcome from candidates with relevant experience willing to relocate. The appointed electronic design engineer will be developing new product designs and improving existing products for a wide range of technologies.
Degree/HND qualified in electrical & electronic engineering or equivalent you will assist with the creation of test products and assembly instructions, research and fault find for continuous design improvement, and ensure all products are compliant with the relevant UK and European standards.
The ideal electronic design engineer will have experience of circuit design theory and of using embedded C. Usual Microsoft Office skills will be expected. Experience of PCB design and layout would be advantageous but not essential.
