The Role

As the Senior Project Manager in the Technology department at Everflow, you will drive the delivery of software development and tech-led improvement projects. You'll define project objectives, collaborate with Product Managers and Lead Developers, and ensure business alignment for technical deliveries. You will also provide guidance on project principles and governance, ensuring smooth stakeholder involvement and project execution. Your work will support Everflow's mission to enhance digital utility solutions for SMEs.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the delivery of Software Development and Tech-led Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Lead the definition of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to transform complex technical requirements into clear, actionable project plans and results.
  • Work with other departments to ensure business alignment and preparedness for technical deliveries.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines.
  • Monitor and report RAG status of project schedules, quality, and cost.
  • Identify, manage and report RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Manage the involvement of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to facilitate business approval for live software releases.
  • Prepare project communications plans.
  • SME for project principles and governance, offering instruction and advice to business areas/teams where required.

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Professional project management qualification (Prince 2, Agile PM, APM etc)
  • Excellent external and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of project delivery life cycle
  • Experience with project management software tools, e.g. Monday.com
  • Knowledge of Agile principles (desired but not essential)
