We're working with a friendly and well-established financial planning firm in Leicester who are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing Client Support team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the structure and variety of a support role within a professional yet down-to-earth environment. You'll play a key part in making sure things run smoothly for clients and advisers alike, supporting the advice journey from start to finish.

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing new business, trades and valuations
  • Preparing documents and reports for client reviews and meetings
  • Keeping client information accurate and up to date
  • Acting as a point of contact between clients, advisers, and providers
  • Supporting the team with general admin and improving processes
  • Helping ensure everything stays compliant and in line with regulations

What they're looking for:

  • Someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Previous experience in a financial planning or IFA environment is ideal
  • Experience using Intelliflo or ConcertHub is a bonus
  • Industry qualifications like the Certificate in Financial Administration would be helpful, but not essential
