What you'll be doing....
- Spearheading the creation and timely execution of engaging email and SMS campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance, comparing it to commercial targets and industry standards.
- Enhance the effectiveness of current communication strategies for optimal reach including undertaking A/B testing.
- Collaborate on data segmentation to sharpen the targeting of marketing campaigns for better conversion rates.
- Partner with the design team and CRM Manager to craft, test, and refine impactful email content.
What you'll need....
- Bring at least two years of dedicated experience in email marketing to the table.
- Have a solid grasp of email marketing dynamics and customer journey mapping within an email platform.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, a foundational understanding of HTML, and proficiency in analytical tools like Google Analytics.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a high level of computer literacy.
