Are you an experienced electrician with a strong technical background? A leading recruitment company is seeking a Electrician to join a high-performing maintenance team in Poole, Dorset. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the Joint Emergency Service Building to ensure it meets the highest standards.

- 8.00am - 17.00pm
- £36k per annum
- Weekly Pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive maintenance services for the building and its facilities.
- Handle a range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
- Offer technical guidance and support to colleagues.
- Train to take on Authorized Person duties.
- Maintain flexibility and multi-skilling across various systems and tasks.
- Prepare reports on work in progress and completed tasks.
Skills and Experience:

Qualified time-served engineer with at least 3 years of post-apprenticeship experience.

Knowledge of building, mechanical, and electrical services, including:

Heating and domestic water services.

General electrical services such as lighting and power.

Air handling units.
-
Low voltage electrical distribution systems.

Emergency standby generating plant.

Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting.

Electrical control systems.
-
Building Management System.
-
Plant Rooms, including Steam Pipes.

Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Cross-trade experience is beneficial.
