HR Training Officer - Temp
South-side of Edinburgh based | office-based role initially | potential for hybrid as the contract progresses
Full Time | 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Temp role for 6 months | potential for extension
Pay rate up to £20.00 per hour depending on skills & relevant experience
Search Consultancy are currently working with an Edinburgh based client in the housing services sector to recruit an experienced Training Officer who will be responsible for the design & delivery of training across the business.
_Duties involved in this role will include: _
- Designing a variety of training modules & courses, initially with a specific focus on HR policies & processes
- Delivery of this training across the business in a staged group format, ensuring that all staff receive the training (approximately 250 staff)
- Creation of a specific training course for line managers within the business, as well as delivery of this training
- Carrying out a review of the company's training courses, ensuring that they are relevant & fit for purpose
- Various other L&D/HR duties as required
_In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include: _
- Previous relevant experience within a specific L&D or Training role, or within an HR role with exposure to Training or a Training element involved
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - this is absolutely ESSENTIAL
- Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite
