Test lead - up to 55K + Bonus - Hybrid in Leeds
Are you a passionate and motivated Lead software tester who can apply your extensive experience within software testing to support in shaping the testing framework and strategy in an Agile environment?
Your responsibilities will include:
- You will be responsible for defining QA documentation
- Work in an Agile environment with the PM team to identify test resourcing needs and requirements.
- Ensuring the team are following best practices.
- You will be the point of escalation for any project test delivery issues
- Helping implement the agile methodology in projects
- Mentoring and development of other team members
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years experience in QA, with experience in owning and leading QA strategy
- Experience in agile and waterfall.
- Strong working knowledge of the STLC
- Experience of using JIRA/Zephyr as your test management and project management tools
- Experience managing UAT
- Experience communication with key stakeholders within and outside the business
- Experience with Azure / AWS
- Automation experience (BDD, TDD, CI/CD)
