This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing but friendly team to further progress your Office Support career!
The role:
- Handle administrative tasks for property management teams, including legal inquiries, invoicing, block correspondence, and notice processing
- Maintain and update database records
- Submit utility meter readings for property management team
- Coordinate minor maintenance issues, arranging contractor visits within appropriate time frame
- Sort and direct emails to relevant property managers
- Keep property portfolio information accurate and up-to-date
- Process sublet licenses and generate related invoices
- Manage phone calls when receptionist is unavailable
- Coordinate key distribution for contractors and assist with key system maintenance
The person:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving
- Self-motivated and confident
- Strong communicator
- Professional and punctual
- Detail-oriented
