Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and collect payments from a diverse customer base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
- Resolve customer queries related to payments and invoices.
- Liaise with internal departments to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Prepare regular reports on debtor status and payment performance.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and company procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in credit control
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with financial software and systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
