Marketing Coordinator - 12 month FTC. Hybrid working

Our client, a hugely successful and well established wellbeing business, are looking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator, on a 12 month fixed term contract basis, to join their busy Marketing team. This is a hybrid role with two days each week working from the office.

Reporting to the Marketing and Field Development Director, you will be supporting the development and execution of Marketing briefs and owning the critical path for specific Marketing communications and channels including flyers, brochures and catalogues.

Duties include:

  • Ownership of all UK Marketing collateral and training support materials for all product categories.
  • Manage business UK product category communication ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Working with the Operations department to ensure product communications and promotions support inventory levels.
  • Management of seasonal Marketing activities in the UK across all channels, liaising with all necessary teams/departments.
  • Actively monitor and report on the effectiveness of country specific promotions along with the planning and implementation of local incentives and product promotions.
  • Initiate Creative requests for design and copy of UK Marketing materials.
  • Ownership of UK product packaging working with US Marketing and Regulatory teams.
  • Oversee UK Social Media copy writing for posts and messaging.
  • Create and deliver Customer Service product training.
  • Stay abreast of competitor activity, carrying out competitor analysis and reviews.
  • Ensure a consistent and coherent delivery of plans across all Marketing channels.
  • Support the UK events team with marketing collateral, communication or branding as and when required.
  • Attend corporate events as and when required.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties.

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant Marketing experience.
  • Good understanding across the Marketing mix is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • The ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal partners.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creative and innovative thinking.
  • Customer focused.
  • Detail orientated, deadline driven and able to multi-task with solid organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player.
  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
