Recruiting a M&A and tax planning Senior Manager for a FTSE 100 business. This is a purely advisory role. As an Associate Director/ Senior Manager on this team, you will be responsible for the below:
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective tax structuring and planning support
- Manage tax risks and identify opportunities for tax savings
- Provide M&A advice in relation to post deal integration, procurement, supply chains etc
Qualifications:
- Tax/ accounting qualification
- Industry experience would be ideal
