Our client are looking for a CNC Pressbrake Setter/Operator to start ASAP! The company are based in Totton and manufacture a comprehensive range of integrated facade components.
Working hours Mon-Thurs 8am-4.30pm and Fri 7am-3.30pm, with a 30 min lunch break and a paid morning tea break.
Hourly pay rate £14.01 plus overtime after 40 hours a week.
This is a temp to perm role.
Main Duties:
- Interpret engineering drawings
- Select and set appropriate tooling
- Maintain tooling
- Operate the CNC controller
- Make minor adjustments when necessary
- Use the machine in MDI (manual data input) mode to produce simple components
- Load and operate the machine to produce good quality product
- Inspect punched blank
Experience using Bystronic CNC Pressbrakes is desirable but will accept candidates that have experience of other brands of machine.
