Human Resources Business Partner
Castlefield Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading Public Sector organisation based in London that requires an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a 12-month fixed term contract in July. This is a hybrid role with one day per week required on site.
Key responsibilities will include;
- To provide HR and ER support to Managers and senior members of staff
- Maintain and amend as necessary the HR Policies and Procedures
- Implement HR, OD and transition programmes and plans
- Manage interdependencies and benefits and proactively manage risks and issues to ensure successful delivery of various programmes and projects
- Develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful
- To work with key stakeholders
- Provide support to key members of the management and operational teams
Key experience required;
- Relevant qualification in HR Management (Level 7) OR equivalent with proof of suitable HR related experience
- Expert level of strategic workforce issues, including legislation, and best practice
- Significant knowledge of UK employment legislation case law and good HR practice in order to deal with complex employee relations issues
- Detailed understanding of the principles of change management and able to demonstrate a successful track record of major organisational change
- Knowledge of business planning, project management and risk management, and how those processes might be applied to organisational change
- Significant experience of facilitating and managing change
- Experience of HR management and change implementation in a unionised environment
- Experience of Trade Union consultation and negotiation
- Evidence of effective working at a senior level in large, complex, environments
- Significant experience of facilitating and managing change and complex employee relations cases
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team and across systems
- Rigorous , good eye for detail
