Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for a passionate and driven Contract Sales Manager to join our client's well-established and successful kitchen & bathroom showroom in Cambridgeshire.
Hours; Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Salary; Up to £45,000 (£65-70k OTE)

The Contract Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, generating new leads, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the kitchen and/or bathroom industry , as well as experience in KBB Contract Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including housing developers, architects, and interior designers
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and trade shows
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective client
- Close sales and negotiate contracts
- Manage the sales process from start to finish
- Track and report sales activity
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in kitchen & bathroom design
- Attend industry events and conferences
- Be proactive, resilient, a self-starter and energetic
The right candidate:
- Full Clean drivers licence
- A business development manager or Contract Sales Manager, with a proven track record in the KBB industry
- Experience in kitchen and/or bathroom design sales
- Strong understanding of the kitchen and/or bathroom design industry
- A black book of contacts in the industry used to open doors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- A business development manager or Contract Sales Manager, with a proven track record in the KBB industry
