Residential Property Solicitor - Hybrid Working - Award-wining firm
QED Legal are keen to speak with an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or equivalent to join a full service, LEXCEL accredited law firm with offices in Bolton and Bury.
As part of the role, you will be working within an experienced and dedicated team, serving existing clients and working with the directors to grow out the Residential Property Department within the local area. You will also be leading and managing a caseload of new residential conveyancing matters sales, purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, re-mortgages, new builds and shared ownership.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years minimum experience in Conveyancing and be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing processes, and property transactions.
SALARY – the salary for this position is competitive £££ and dependent upon experience and market rate, however, will range from £32,000.00-£55,000.00.
