Job Title: Head of Commercial Property
Location: North Manchester or North West
Salary: up to £65,000 DOE
Hours: Full Time/ Hybrid Working.

A reputable specialist high street firm with multiple offices across North West and North Manchester area are looking for a Commercial Property Conveyancer. This firms reputation is outstanding, this is proven by the amount of 5* reviews they have and excellent staff retention.
Duties:
- Manage a caseload of varied Commercial Property Files including freehold/leasehold sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, landlord and tenant etc.
Experience Required:
- Experience managing a caseload from start to finish of commercial property files
- Qualified solicitor or experienced fee earner within conveyancing.
- Excellent client relations
- This firm is also looking for a Residential Property Conveyancer due to increase of workload and retirements.
