Role Overview:
We are looking for an exceptional Teacher of Business who can inspire students and help them to achieve outstanding results. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, contributing to the development of the business studies curriculum, and supporting the overall academic and personal growth of your students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality business studies lessons to Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 students.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage and motivate students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Contribute to the development and review of the business studies curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and share best practices.
- Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events that promote business education.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject area and educational best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching business studies at the secondary level.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A strong academic background in business or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
