Our client is a large and well-established leader in their field, and they are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to play an integral role in producing high-quality financial data analysis, and support with strategic decisions that the company takes moving forwards.
Key duties of the Senior Finance Analyst to include:
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to provide context and recommendations.
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to junior finance team members.
Requirements for the successful Senior Finance Analyst to include:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in financial analysis and reporting, working within the financial services sector highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and databases.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
