Join a dynamic and growing manufacturing team in Birmingham. They are a leading company specialising in precision engineering, and we are looking for a skilled CNC Setter/ Operator with expertise in milling to join our team. If you have experience with Fanuc and Mazak controls, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce high-quality parts.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and processes.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator, specifically with milling operations.
- Proficiency in using Fanuc and Mazak controls.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
Benefits:

- Monday - Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM
- Friday: 7:45 AM - 12:45 PM
- Early finish on Fridays.
