Contract Duration: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid - Warwick or Wokingham (2 days per week onsite)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Colleague Listening & Engagement Lead to spearhead the implementation of our new Colleague Listening & Engagement Strategy. This is a pivotal role that will involve shaping and executing employee engagement initiatives, including annual, pulse, and lifecycle surveys, and advising senior leaders on best practices to enhance the employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Listening & Engagement Tools: Collaborate with external survey providers to design and execute our new employee engagement surveys. Ensure these tools align with our organizational values and overall listening strategy.
  • Qualtrics Tools Management: Establish and manage Qualtrics tools to efficiently capture and analyze employee feedback. Provide leaders with the resources and training needed to take meaningful action based on survey results.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data from various listening channels to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Use these insights to guide decisions on policies, practices, and interventions that will improve engagement.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with leadership and management teams to align on improvement actions. Recommend additional listening mechanisms, such as focus groups, to further understand employee needs and concerns.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies and listening tools. Make necessary adjustments to ensure they remain relevant and effective across different functions and the organization as a whole.
  • Communication: Lead communication efforts around the launch of new surveys. Ensure clear and effective communication between employees and leadership regarding survey results and subsequent improvement actions.

Ideal Experience & Knowledge:

  • A highly motivated self-starter with proven experience in colleague listening and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Experience working with external suppliers is beneficial.

Further Information:

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Warwick or Wokingham (with approximately 1-2 days a week in the office).
  • Contract Duration: 6 months, with the potential for extension based on project needs.
