KRG are working exclusively with an incredible boutique production and social agency led by a renowned content creator with over 19 million followers and a staggering 13 billion views! They specialise in creating captivating content, working with top names such as LEGO, Paramount Pictures, KIA, Sony and Disney to name a few!

Position Overview:

They are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to manage the founder's social pages alongside the agency's social presence. As an Executive you will be working directly with the SLT when it comes to social media and social strategy, learning loads from the best in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • day-to-day management of creator's/agencies social media pages with 19+ million followers and 13+ billion views.
  • Work with the team to plan and execute content calendars across multiple social platforms, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
  • Write creative and high-performing captions that resonate with the audience.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports with performance metrics and insights to inform content strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the production team to manage the creation and editing of engaging story posts and bi-monthly content compilations, showcasing the best of the brand and partnerships.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with followers to foster a strong online community.
  • Work with the SLT on a project basis with blue-chip clients when looking at launching new social campaigns.
  • Work closely with the creative and production team to ensure all social media efforts align with broader marketing campaigns and brand goals.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ years of social media experience in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools, with Adobe Premiere Pro experience being a huge desirable.
  • A proactive attitude, creative thinking, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
