This role is based in Hounslow and will be a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office.
Reporting into the Finance Manager the ideal Accounts Assistant will have proven experience in a fast-paced, high volume role.
Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:

Providing support to the Accounting Department.

Accounts Payables:

Processing Invoices
-
Supplier Reconciliations
-
Credit Card Statements

Accounts Receivables:

Raising Invoices
-
Credit Control
-
Assisting in completing tasks relating to month end.

Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.

Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.

Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Ad hoc reporting - Fuel Recording, Mileage Recording
Accounts Assistant Requirements:
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- Able to commute to Hounslow on a regular basis
