My high-profile Utilities client is looking for a Transition Manager to join their team Based at their Warwick or London offices (twice a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with chance of extensions.

Are you a seasoned Transition Manager with a knack for driving organisational change? Our client, a leading provider of efficient and effective services, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Transition Manager on a Fixed Term Contract basis. With a focus on delivering a quality service, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and controlled migration of new scope into the organisation.

As the Transition Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in designing and implementing rigorous methodologies involving complex interfaces between multiple teams, systems, and processes. With a track record of successfully delivering large-scale organisational change initiatives, you will excel in stakeholder management and collaboration, working closely with mid-level to senior leaders to drive results.

Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring projects stay on track. Armed with a continuous improvement mindset, you will play a key role in shaping the organisational approach and methodology, ensuring it remains fit for purpose.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with a Project Management qualification such as MSP, PMP, Prince2, or Agile. With a minimum of 5+ years' experience delivering transition/migration projects, preferably within GBS organisations, you will be well-equipped to take on the responsibilities of this role.

Key Accountabilities:

- Transition Execution: Take end-to-end responsibility for the migration project, from developing the project plan to coordinating cross-functional teams, managing interdependencies, risks, and issues, and ensuring timely and budgeted execution. Provide governance and reporting to relevant stakeholders.

- Transition Methodology: Implement and refine a standard Transition methodology, seizing opportunities for improvement based on project progress and feedback. Support upskilling of cross-functional teams in best practises.
