Job Title: Property Consultant
Location: Rickmansworth
Salary: Base up to £22,000 - OTE £35,000+ (Dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role:
Are you looking to start a rewarding career in property consultancy? This entry-level role is where many of the staff members have begun their journeys, progressing to more senior positions within the business. While estate agency experience is not required, our client seeks individuals who can build rapport and deliver excellent customer service. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with our sellers and buyers
- Handling enquiries
- Accompanying viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Learning about sales progression
Requirements:
- Driving license and own car
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and well-presented
- Good timekeeping
- Enjoys working in a team
- Ability to use own initiative
- Able to work at least every other Saturday, with a lieu day in the week
