We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Technical Trainer to join the team. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for employees, customers, and partners. You will be responsible for enhancing technical knowledge, improving skillsets, and ensuring a deep understanding of hydraulic products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs focused on hydraulic systems, products, and applications.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for employees, customers, and partners.
  • Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and hands-on exercises.
  • Assess training needs and tailor programs to address specific knowledge gaps and skill requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in hydraulic technology and incorporate relevant updates into training content.
  • Collaborate with product development, engineering, and sales teams to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the hydraulics or engineering industry.
  • Proven experience as a technical trainer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and applications or within a similar field (Engineering, Automotive etc.)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and using training software/tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel as needed to conduct training sessions.
