Are you a HR Business Partner with a background in fast moving and changing environments?

I'mworking with a business that is looking for a highly capable and Intelligent HR Business Partner reporting the Head of HR. This is a business that is expanding, it's fast moving and things often change quickly. This role will be suited to someone who has a pragmatic approach and someone loves working at pace!!

As the HR Business Partner you will provide a full generalist HR service to the business

The Role

As the HR Business Partner you will help shape HR strategy and activity to support business objectives and issues. This position will allow you to work with senior management to achieve results, implement change and make things happen.

HR Business Partner - Responsibilities:

  • Understand the wider business strategy, plans and vision
  • Working closely the Senior management teams to implement the strategy and vision
  • Support the business to develop and implement the People Plan supporting over 3000 employees.
  • You will be instrumental in developing leadership and management capability.
  • Manage high profile Employee Relations cases to tribunal level.
  • Design & implement exciting initiatives around Acquisitions, Employee Engagement, retention.
  • Gather, analyse and present data to help make business decesions as well as identify learning and development opportunities.
  • You will be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends which affect business performance and results and work together with your key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions.
  • Build positive relationships with your managers and employee base to ensure they are pro-actively engaged with the company vision and strategy

HR Business Partner - Skills and Experience Required:

  • Significant experience of working in a large business where change is constant. You'll be very used to working in multi site roles and managing a large complex employee base.
  • You'll be hugely data driven!!
  • Employee Relations will be a passion, and you'll need to have lots of experience of working up to tribunal level.
  • Your CV will clearly outline initiatives around change, employeerelations,Employee Engagement and of course managing a large customer base.
  • Project Management Experience.
