IFA Report Writer

Our client is a highly respected IFA firm based in Glasgow. This is a large and vibrant office which can offer excellent career paths.

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Paraplanner or senior IFA support to join the team as a report writer.

The role will be within the senior administration team providing support to their highly performing IFAs. You will be working alongside the Paraplanners and sales support.

Primarily it will involve; Preparation of Suitability Reports, Liaising with product providers to collate pension and investment information for clients.
Providing technical support to the team with paraplanning and research support.
Carrying out market research on behalf of adviser prior to meeting.
Assisting in the on-going due diligence reviews of investment funds and Platforms.
Providing appropriate support to the Financial Adviser's.

To be considered ideally you will have technical report writing experience within an IFA or provider with a sound knowledge of pensions and investments.

Having completed exams or studying towards would be advantageous (full support for continuation of professional qualifications will be encouraged).
Experience of using research tools such as FE Analytics would be advantageous.
