The Role:
- Processing orders
- Handling incoming enquiries
- Checking customer orders
- Minimal complaints management
- Sample requests.
- Raising purchase orders
- Liaising with production/estimating/accounts & design department
- Responding to customer queries.
- Account management
- Running reports
- Working Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
