We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to support our pupils and teachers in delivering high-quality education that specialises in supporting children with ASD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Support pupils, including those with special educational needs, in accessing learning activities.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the school community.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable.
