Inventory Clerk - £23,000-£25,000 - Manchester
A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Estate Agents has arisen for a role as an Inventory Clerk in their busy Manchester office.
Job Role:
You will be preparing detailed Inventories (Condition Reports), conducting routine visits to rental properties and 'check out' inspections upon expiry of a tenancy. You will need to be strong enough in character to deal with occasional disputes between landlords and tenants.
The candidate:
- Very well presented
- Excellent written, numerical & IT skills
- A full UK driving licence & own car is essential
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and Friday 9am-5pm.
