What You Will Do:
- Define problems for issues found during system simulation, rig testing, and engineering fleet usage.
- Utilize fleet data to address current car issues effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functionally within Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and Quality to address Integrated Test Planning issues.
- Contribute to the delivery of problem resolutions in Engineering or Manufacturing settings.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Operating Systems procedures & deliverables.
- Play a crucial role in the continuous stream of new product launches, focusing on engineering quality.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in cross-functional coordination within Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and Quality.
- Background in Vehicle Technician roles or vehicle fault finding is highly desirable.
- Strong capability in structured failure mode avoidance and problem-solving.
- Experience in Vehicle Launch or Plant Vehicle operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Quality Operating Systems procedures & deliverables.
