- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support, making a real difference in their property journey.
- Collaborative Culture: Work closely with Area Managers, Business Development Managers, and other key departments, fostering a supportive and cohesive work atmosphere.
- Organisational Excellence: Utilise your organisational skills to manage diaries, book appointments, and ensure smooth office operations, contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client enquiries regarding rental and sales stock.
- Liaise with Area Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Maintain office procedures and systems, including record-keeping on SME.
- Monitor performance against pre-set sales targets.
- Conduct viewings for both rented and sales enquiries.
- Manage correspondence with solicitors, clients, and lettings support businesses.
- Support internal operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Assist with the induction and training of new staff.
