Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client enquiries regarding rental and sales stock.
- Liaise with Area Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Maintain office procedures and systems, including record-keeping on SME.
- Monitor performance against pre-set sales targets.
- Conduct viewings for both rented and sales enquiries.
- Manage correspondence with solicitors, clients, and lettings support businesses.
- Support internal operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Assist with the induction and training of new staff.
