Salary: £150 - £235 per day
Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS4 SEN Teacher to join our team in Rugby on a full-time basis starting in September. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Entry Level curriculum to students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of KS4 SEN students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with school policies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with KS4 students with special educational needs.
- Strong understanding of the Entry Level curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
