Are you a HR Manager who is a CIPD Member and is looking for a fully autonomous position within a rapidly growing and highly ambitious Health & Safety Training Consultancy offering fully remote work and further training and progression opportunities to further your career?
This company are a well-established, ambitious H&S training provider who are currently growing rapidly within the UK, Africa and the Middle East and have been providing their leading service for over 19 years. They have an employee satisfaction rate of 89% and due to continual growth and increased demand for their services, they are looking for a new HR Manager to come in and take the role forward.
In this autonomous position you will solely be in charge of putting new company processes into place, as well as managing compliance, overseeing recruitment, managing Payroll, working with other senior leadership to ensure the business is commercially aligned, and monitoring the employee's attendance and discipline. You will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm remotely, with the ideal candidate being Midlands based for rare office visitation.
