About the Role

Our client are seeking a motivated and experienced Protection Adviser to offer protection and insurance advice. This role involves providing expert guidance on life, critical illness, and income protection insurance. You will work closely with a team that provides high-quality leads, focusing on clients going through the mortgage process or with existing mortgages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Understand clients' individual protection needs and financial circumstances.
  • Tailored Solutions: Recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead Management: Effectively manage a pipeline of leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and credibility.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Sales Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Drive and Motivation: Strong motivation to work hard and achieve excellent results.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of protection and insurance products, particularly their alignment with mortgages.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a high volume of leads and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident using modern technology tools to work efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
