As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be at the heart of creating sustainable mechanical systems that set new standards in energy efficiency. You'll lead the design of mechanical building services, ensuring that every project meets the highest quality standards while delivering zero-carbon solutions.
Your role will involve:
- Crafting detailed mechanical designs, including equipment specifications and technical reports.
- Performing calculations for sizing pipework, duct work, and mechanical equipment.
- Ensuring designs meet safety regulations and contribute to overall project success.
- Collaborating with diverse teams and engaging with clients to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Skills Required:
- A degree accredited by CIBSE/IMechE or an equivalent qualification, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience in mechanical design, particularly in building services, and a proven ability to conduct site surveys and client meetings.
