Duties include:
- Gardening , informal garden (1/2 acre) to be maintained to the current high standard
- Maintaining 5 bedroom property
- Security
- Having the property ready at a walk-in standard of cleanliness
Applicants must be able to manage their workload, be hardworking and committed to the role. Good communication with the Principal is essential. Good personal presentation is vital.
Accommodation: 1 bedroom property, all bills are included

6 month initial contract (period of time has potential to be increased)
Salary: £25,000 (negotiable) paid gross for the 6 months
