Helpdesk Support Engineer (1st Line)
As a Support Engineer will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on.
You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems.

You will have:
- Solid experience as a Helpdesk Support Engineer.
- Experience in working to SLA's .
- Experience of supporting multi-site clients.
- 1st Line Support is essential.
Technical Skills Required:
- Office 365 / O365.
- Windows Server
- Active Directory / AD.
- MS Exchange
- Firewalls
- Network support (Ideally).
