Helpdesk Support Engineer (1st Line)

As a Support Engineer will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on.

You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems.

Our Support Engineers are an integral member of our team and are involved influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. This is a superb time to join and be part of our growth.

You will have:

  • Solid experience as a Helpdesk Support Engineer.
  • Experience in working to SLA's .
  • Experience of supporting multi-site clients.
  • 1st Line Support is essential.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Office 365 / O365.
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory / AD.
  • MS Exchange
  • Firewalls
  • Network support (Ideally).
