The Role: We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting all aspects of conveyancing from initial instruction to completion.
- Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
- Drafting, reviewing, and amending various legal documents.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Maintaining high standards of client care and service.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with experience residential conveyancing.
- Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
