I am currently partnered with an esteemed Real Estate Investment Manager who are looking to bring on a contractor into their collaborative and high-performing team. Sitting in the Funds Finance division, you will be largely responsible for overseeing a handful of structures with regards to the investments they have.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high profile global organisation with a welcoming and social culture. While the core bookkeeping is outsourced, you will be given great exposure to the high level accounting/reporting required for the mandates under your supervision.
The role:
- Preparation of investor reports, dealing with investor queries
- Cash flow management across the entire structure
- Transaction support including due diligence on acquired companies
- Overseeing tax compliance
Your background:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Demonstrated experience in the Real Estate Investment Management space, ideally in industry - but will consider those coming from practice having audited such clients
- Knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP
- Understanding of local corporate & VAT taxation
