Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant:
- Completion of regular weekly and monthly management information to the business, division and group
- Accruals & prepayments
- Journal postings
- Support with the production of monthly management accounts to strict
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide cover for other team members
- Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to facilitate information flow
- Contribution to ongoing continuous improvement of processes within the division
- Very good on Excel with ability to create spreadsheets and deal with data.
- Ability to do cost accounting and collect costs.
