Day-to-day of the role:
- Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our range products.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to offer solutions and support.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Recording details of conversations and sales orders accurately in the CRM system.
- Providing feedback on the buying trends of customers to the sales team.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
