We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to companies within a specified area. This office-based position is ideal for individuals with a knack for sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our range products.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements to offer solutions and support.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Recording details of conversations and sales orders accurately in the CRM system.
  • Providing feedback on the buying trends of customers to the sales team.
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong verbal communication skills.
