Estate Services Support Co-ordinator Part Time

Type: Temporary 6 month contract

We are looking for dynamic team player to join our admin team within our Estates and Services department. The team delivers a wide variety of services across our estates and as such you will be required to use several IT systems so a very good knowledge of not only basic systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, but the use of bespoke systems is required (fully training will be given), with the ability to switch between different systems during the working week.

In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Estate Services Support Co-Ordinator will involve:

  • Supporting and monitoring work and action plans
  • Carrying out data inputting to ensure up to date records are kept and targets are being adhered to.
  • To work as a team with other Citizen staff.
  • Collating weekly figures.
  • Supporting the Estates Teams with any admin functions.

As an Estate Services Support Co-Ordinator , we need you to have:

  • Experience in general admin duties as part of the role including, minute taking, preparation of letters, production of reports and stats for presentation and all other office procedures.
  • Experience with dealing with customers and other external agencies enquires both verbally and written is required, along with proven excellent customer services.
  • Good understanding of Data Protection & Confidentially is essential in this role.
