Receptionist / Customer Services Officer

An excellent opportunity to utilise your customer services skills in a friendly office environment, dealing with various members of the person face to face and over the telephone

This role is temporary for 2 months initially, with potential for this to be extended after this period. 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, £14.06 per hour plus holiday pay. The role is based in Crownhill, Plymouth

Your duties will include, ensure that all customer contact is accurately recorded, including complaints, compliments, Councillor and MP enquiries and then forwarding to the appropriate Investigating Officer for action to be taken. Monitoring customer contact responses to ensure that an accurate record of communication between the organisation and the customer is available, targets are met, and where needed highlight areas of improvement. Carrying out complaint satisfaction surveys to contribute to a positive customer experience of raising a complaint, providing feedback which contributes to service delivery improvements

We are looking for candidates with good accuracy with completing excel spreadsheets and collating information
