Description

Working closely with the Head of, you'll be responsible for planning campaigns for your clients.

You'll dig for insight, discovering all there is to know about a project, before working closely with the Content and Comms team, Creative and Studio, Film, and Social and Digital teams to refine the strategies and plans for whatever brand experience you're creating.

  • Develop and deliver engaging communications campaigns for a variety of clients
  • Create communications plans and editorial calendars for clients' communications channels (digital, print and in-person) segmented by audience groups
  • Craft communications solutions to achieve a diverse range of communication and engagement objectives
  • Identify key content themes and propose engaging content formats and outputs to suit the clients' communications needs
  • Support in the creative process to provide inspiring creative design and activation solutions
  • Research and gather insights on our clients' communications needs, strategies, audiences, comms channels and messages
  • Support in writing client presentations and internal communications messages

Profile

We'd love to chat to candidates who have experience planning and developing campaigns, ideally on behalf of clients in an agency role.

  • Strong understanding of internal communications channels
  • Creative copywriting with strong editing and proof-reading skills
  • Experience of developing or contributing to internal communications strategies is preferred but not essential
  • Research and insights - having the curiosity to dig deep into a brief and build a full picture of a brand to make informed internal comms decisions
  • Tenacious, resourceful and motivated
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks and projects effectively
