Credit Controller Temporary Based in Shoreham (parking available) Hybrid working (3 days in the office) £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a new job opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a rapidly growing business and leading business in the Shoreham area on a temporary basis, which could go permanent.
The Credit Controller will be working alongside the Credit Control Manager in a busy and varied role, delivering exceptional customer service to the businesses customers.
Your duties will include:
- Ensuring efficient and effective collections
- Managing part of a large ledger of over 700 accounts
- Building a rapport and liaising with clients regarding outstanding payments
- Agreeing deadlines in accordance with the time frames set
- Identifying and analysing root causes for delays in collections of debt
- Responsible for requesting restriction of services and decide whether to start legal action
- Reconciliations
- Negotiating payment plans with customers
- Promptly logging client queries and assigning them to the relevant department
Key requirements:
- Previous credit control experience
- Self-starter who can drive cash collection and influence customers and internal colleagues
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
