The role of the Finance Business Partner
- Business partnering with a range of stakeholders across the business
- Provide insights into monthly financial results
- Production of accurate and timely KPIs that provide drivers of variances and potential future impacts
- A leading role in investment appraisals
- Identify ways of improving investment returns
- Working across the Finance team to ensure management accounts, forecasting and cash are joined up efficiently
- Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting for key areas of the business
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships across the business
- Undertaking continuous personal development
The ideal candidate for the role of Finance Business Partner
- Previous experience in a business partnering role
- Fully qualified in either CIMA or ACCA
- Experience of business intelligence tools, preferably powerBI
