A high-end SME in Winchester is recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller, who will work closely with a financially savvy Managing Director. The newly appointed Financial Controller will take ownership of the finance function, including the leadership of a small team.
What will the Financial Controller position involve?
- Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
- Develop financial forecasts to guide the organisation's financial strategy, in addition to the budgeting process.
- Daily cashflow management and forecasting, including foreign exchange contracts.
- Monitor financial processes and models and adjust these as necessary.
- Ownership of monthly payroll processing and HMRC reporting.
What will you need as Financial Controller?
- Full qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent experience.
- Proven at leading the finance function of an SME.
- Availability to start at short notice.
