Our client is a well-established and reputable company based in Oxford. They work with organisations to help improve teamwork, and collaboration, develop inspirational leaders and solve complex people challenges. They are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their close-knit, friendly team permanently. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a customer service position and must speak fluent French. In return you will receive extensive training, and the opportunity to grow and develop within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries (account registration, order placement, technical support, complaints).
- Provide customer support via online chat, ensuring timely responses in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Build rapport with customers, identifying needs and upselling opportunities.
- Manage customer accounts, assist with orders, and bookings, and provide guidance on using the company's platform.
- Collaborate with sales to update customer details and support lead generation.
- Escalate issues to relevant teams (IT, marketing) and maintain customer database accuracy.
- Support global training partners with queries and ensure smooth operations.
Key Skills & Experience
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and manage competing priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in communication.
- Ability to proactively identify and report issues.
Additional Information
- Hybrid working, 2 days a week on site 3 days working from home.
- Start times between, 8 am - 4 pm 9 am - 5 pm.
- 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays.
- 2 paid days a year for volunteer work.
